Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy at Riggs Pediatric Therapy is aimed at helping children gain independence and function to develop the skills they need to be successful in life. Our team of therapist target areas in which we can help your child succeed in age-appropriate play, school, self-help, feeding and social participation. Your child will be provided with a comprehensive assessment to create an individualized treatment plan. This allows our team to target your child’s specific area of needs. We collaborate with parents, referring providers, speech therapist and teachers to provide carryover in the home and school. This will optimize your child’s treatment results.
