Emily earned her Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University in 2017. She decided to stay in Stillwater, OK for two more years to earn her Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2019. Emily grew up in Houston and is so glad to be back in the area working with kiddos and be so close to her family and friends! She knew from an early age that her passion was working with children. It was in her senior year of high school that she learned more about the wonderful world of speech therapy and decided that was her dream career. Some of her specific interests within the field include articulation, fluency, expressive language disorders, and early intervention. In her free time, Emily enjoys spoiling her dog, spending time with family, and taking trips.
Elyssa Baldwin
Office Manager
Elyssa graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2017 with a Marketing and Management degree. She has spent the last 3 years working in the event industry, and is excited to join Rigg’s Pediatric Therapy. She loves working with people and being a part of a team environment. She is so excited to work in the front office and get to know all of the wonderful kids and families who visit Rigg’s Pediatric!In her free time, Elyssa enjoys cooking, visiting the lake, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
Candace Berry
Administrative Assistant / Scheduling Coordinator
Candace and her family moved to the Conroe area in October of 2020 and started with Riggs in May of 2021. Candace has well over a decade of experience in customer service. She is willing to do whatever she can to ensure our families have a positive experience. Both her skills and compassionate nature make her a perfect fit at the Riggs office. Her skills are not limited to that position. She is a Certified Paraprofessional, who has had the pleasure of being a Reading Resource Teacher for K-5 and Special Education in the Public School System. The greatest joy in Candace’s life is her family and seeing a child smile when they succeed. She spends her free time scrapbooking, painting, crocheting, and volunteering in her community.
Lindsey Dorrough
Scheduling Coordinator
Lindsey joined Riggs Pediatric Therapy in the fall of 2020 as an intern though her college. In May of 2021, she graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare administration. In May of 2022, she began working full time in the front office. She has a passion for pediatrics and has worked with kids since she was in high school. She loves getting to meet the families at Riggs and watching the kids learn and grow. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her four dogs and her husband.
Joan Fenner
Event Coordinator
Joan has always had a passion for children. She is a mother to three beautiful girls and a grandmother to nine grandchildren. Joan has taught school, worked in Children’s ministry and is now excited to be apart of the Riggs Pediatric Family. She never grows tired of seeing the joy on children’s faces when they accomplish what they have been working so hard to achieve.
