Sarah Mansfield, OTR

Sarah completed her undergraduate degree at Baylor University before earning her Master’s in Occupational therapy from Long Island University.
She began her career in Manhattan, specializing in home health pediatrics, where she developed a passion for helping children achieve their goals. After four years, she relocated to Texas to be closer to family and joined Memorial Hermann in acute care. While she appreciated the experience, her passion for pediatrics remained strong.
Outside of Sarah’s professional life, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants. She’s committed to using her expertise to make a positive impact in the lives of her clients and their families.

Connor Bollom, COTA

Connor is a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). She attended Lone Star College and graduated from the Occupational Therapy Assistant Program. She has 8 years of experience working with children and their families as a nanny. Connor is certified in Handwriting Without Tears and is trained in a sensory motor approach to feeding. In her free time, she likes spending time outdoors with family and friends. She enjoys helping children meet their goals and thrive.

Gabriela Coronado, COTA

Gabriela is a COTA who graduated from Lone Star Tomball College in 2020 and from Sam Houston State University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science with minor in health science in 2015. She has 4 years working in home health pediatrics and 6 years working in early childhood education. During her free time, she likes to read and hang out with her husband and two dogs walking the trails. or vacationing.

Jill Reichle, COTA

Jill is a COTA who graduated from Meramec College in Saint Louis, MO in 2012.  She has worked in early intervention autism programs and interdisciplinary teams in clinical, home-based and educational settings.  As a parent to a child with profound autism and other disabilities, she understands the need for collaboration, positive relationships and a strength-based approach to maximize therapy outcomes.  She loves helping children and families find and fuel their strengths while having fun.
 
Jill, her husband, and two children enjoy making messes in their kitchen, traveling, and swimming together.  They moved to Texas in 2019 and are happy to call the Houston area home.
